Real Estate Cold Caller

I am looking for someone experienced in cold calling for real estate. I am targeting properties in distress, pre-foreclosure, probates, vacancies, etc. Hours are flexible and days may vary. Requesting minimum of 4 hours of work 4 days a week. Work on your preferred hours as long as the tasks are completed. Preferential working hours would be any time between 10 am ET and 7pm ET.

Tasks mainly include cold calling, logging records of call, qualifying candidates, applying into CRM, setting up automated postcards (Deal Machine- already systemized), and following up on prior clients. I would expect daily work day updates, or every other day ---------- pensation varies per experience. I am open to taking on virtual assistants with lesser experience, but eager to learn and get into real estate themselves. Benefits include bonus per sale transaction and opportunity for equity positions.
