Hi, awesome future Project Managers!

I'm looking for a highly motivated virtual assistant *COMPLETELY FLUENT IN BOTH WRITTEN AND SPOKEN ENGLISH*, ideal with experience in customer service, however experience is not necessary. The position is currently part time but will expand to a full time position down the road once a relationship is established.

We are a growing animated explainer video/video marketing company based in NYC catering toward the tech industry that is looking to bring on a part time virtual assistant to handle client project management as well as relations with clients via email and phone and general administration tasks.

Here are some of the responsibilities you will be handling:
- General Customer Relations
- Project Management (Will Train)
- Responding to client emails
- Answering customers questions on the phone
- Lead management (will train)
- Other outsourcing tasks
- Bookkeeping

Person must be
-COMPLETELY FLUENT IN ENGLISH
-Detail Oriented
-ORGANIZED.
-Fast Learner
-Available during EST
