Advisor Support Specialist

Advisor Marketing Hub is looking to pool experienced Filipino virtual assistants who can work full-time and assist our financial advisors with their Better Automate accounts.

Qualifications/Requirements:
-Preferably with VA experience specializing in administrative tasks and customer service
-Above average communication skills
-Extremely knowledgeable in using Canva and can create graphics and edit videos
-Knowledgeable in Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.
-Experience with:
-social media content creation and management (LinkedIn, Facebook, Youtube, etc.)
-LinkedIn sales navigation and automation
-MeetAlfred - preferred but not required
-Video editing and graphic design using tools other than Canva - preferred but not required
-Independent and can work with minimal supervision
-A self-starter who is motivated to set and achieve goals and takes initiative within the workplace.
-Committed and dedicated to helping the company grow
-Can work during Monday to Friday US Pacific Time (approximately 8AM to 5PM)
-Can work for 8 hours a day, 40 hours a week
-Must have a reliable desktop/laptop and wired internet connection
-Must have a webcam and a USB headset

Salary:
-starting rate is fixed at $4/hour
-appraisal after 90-day performance review
