Reliable Virtual Assistant

Job duties:
•customer service to all clients
•answer incoming phone calls from clients and potential clients
•placing outbound calls to clients and potential clients
•placing outbound calls for consultations
•enrolling clients into system
•classifying clients by the type of plan they choose (ie, basic, VIP, platinum)
•Graphics for credit repair results

HOURS AND PAY MAY INCREASE OVERTIME
schedule is 10am-2pm EST Tuesday-Thursday
WE DO OFFER TRAINING

Requirements:
•Must speak clear ENGLISH
•experience in credit repair services/disputes
•experience in credit repair software
•customer service experience
•eager to learn
•trustworthy
•respectful at all times
•able to handle upset clients
•must have screen recording active during work hours
•sales experience
•must submit all clients/new enrollments worked on at the end of each day and any issues that you’ve had Via email
