Bilingual Project Coordinator (Mandarin)

Eano's Project coordinator is the focal person between the contractors and project managers on-site and the clients. The main function of this role is to be constantly on top of the status of each project so that whenever a client and contractors need to know about anything related to their construction, the project coordinator will know the answer. Project coordinators are also responsible for overseeing changes in the projects as the construction moves forward.

Required Qualifications:

Willing to work between 3am to 12nn Philippine Time (Non-negotiable and full-time) California work hours will be followed (9-hour shifts)
Must be available to work 6days a week - Tuesday to Sunday (rotational shift schedule)
Must have an existing work-from-home setup (stable and fast internet connection, video camera, and headset)
Fluent and professional English and Mandarin proficiency
Detail-oriented in managing multiple projects at the same time for different customers at different construction stage
Good memory and organization skills to properly handle simultaneous projects moving in the same direction
Architectural and engineering background or any extensive informal construction experience is a MUST
Home renovation/construction experience required
BPO work experience or in any similar client servicing field is a good edge
Google Suite experience (Sheets, Gmail, Presentation, Docs, etc.)
Zoom tools usage experience
Must be flexible in constantly changing operations process
Must have the "next-man-up" mindset in handling projects
Must be open to handling projects outside of work hours for minor coordination and queries from partner vendors
Must ideally have an iPhone (minimum iPhone 6)

Responsibilities:

Headhunt Asian/Chinese construction contractors in LA, Seattle, Hawaii, and the Bay Area
Absorb signed contracts and match each contract with a contractor that can execute the project work scope
Work closely with the on-site project managers and be the conduit between the general contractors and the project managers especially if language support is needed.
Maintain healthy margins in matching signed contracts with contractors
Ensure projects are done within the deadlines set.
Maintain an open conversation with the GCs for their needs towards the Eano platform
