10 hours/week, SEO & Social Media

We are a small, husband-and-wife wedding photography business. We need help optimizing our Wordpress website for search engine. We especially would like to be found when clients are searching for popular local wedding venues. We have a Facebook account with just shy of 500 followers and would like to have someone make posts to it to increase social media interaction. I also understand it's possible to post to wedding venues' pages, but I'm not sure how that works, so the ideal candidate would understand how to tag/post in such a way to drive traffic to our site. We also would like Instagram and Pinterest accounts for the same reason, though we have no idea how to make these successful. We have a large body of images we can make available so posting to social media should be fairly easy. I doubt our needs would exceed 10 hours per week at this time ... though if you can help make our business more successful and grow, there is opportunity down the road to move into other areas (virtual assistant, email marketing, database upkeep). We would like to be able to video conference with the candidate to build a relationship.
