Social Media Community Management

Hello! We are looking for somebody who has experience with social media, as well as great English communication skills (reading, writing, & talking) to work for our social media management agency.

Your role will start as community management & engagement, with the possibility to move up in the company and gain more hours, depending on work ethic.

As for community management and engagement, you will be responsible for posting on Instagram for various clients, and engaging with other accounts within that niche for 15 minutes following the post. Within those 15 minutes, you should be able to engage with 50 accounts. There is a total of 4 accounts you will be posting and engaging for, which is a total of 1 hour per day. Posting days are Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays, so this role consists of 3 hours per week. Postings must be made from 9:00 am – 10:00 am GMT (Vancouver, BC, Canada time).

Pay rate: $0.02 / engagement. Every account will have 50 engagements/post. There are 4 accounts, and postings are 3 days a week. Therefore, weekly salary is $12 USD or $48 USD/month (for a total of $4/hour).

You will be on a 2 month probation period to assess work ethic. If work ethic is proven to be good, then there is opportunity for much more work within the company, depending on availability.
