Top Telesales Agent needed

HI EVERYONE!! We are the fastest growing life insurance agency in Canada. We're looking to bring on a couple of rockstar sales rep who wants to grow alongside a, fun, fulfilling and fast growing company that changes lives & businesses through life insurance.

We don't want a person who's looking to clock in and clock out.

We want a person who's hungry and has a  ----------  terms of the role itself, they'll be a big driver for our business by helping our licensed life insurance agents bring on new clients by helping them make calls and live transfer warm leads to them.

**Basic Qualifications:**

- Be as close to fluent in English as possible.
- High energy with enthusiasm and is extroverted (gain energy from talking to people).
- Willing to make 200+ calls a day to prospects and live transfer calls.
- Willing to CONSTANTLY take feedback to grow and get better as a salesperson.
- Willing to hard to grow within the company.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Able to speak with conviction, confidence and clarity.
- Have a sales background and are deeply passionate about it.
- Eager to do good work that is valued by us and our clients.
- Feel passionate and excited about work or wants to.
- Be self-sufficient and can think on their own.
- Growth-oriented and is excited by new knowledge and skills.

**Core Responsibility:**

- Make 200+ cold calls a day to set up appointments.
- Achieve 5 hours of dial time or more.
- Qualifier prospects by asking key questions.

**Compensation:**

- Hourly including bonuses and upcoming promotions, growth opportunities, etc.
