Professional Web Builder/SEO Specialist

I'm looking for a very particular candidate. Fluent English is a requirement as we will communicate daily via voice chat.

I'm looking for someone who has a lot of experience building, migrating and optimizing Wordpress websites. We have our own SOP that we follow, so you will need to learn and follow that SOP. We use Astra and Gutenberg builder.

Requirements
-Building websites quickly using Astra and Gutenberg Blocks
-Experience with Wordpress backends like DirectAdmin and site migrations
-Optimizing Wordpress websites to improve performance, aesthetics and overall page experience
-Migrating websites from platforms like Weebly and Snapps to Wordpress without impacting ranking or SEO factors
-SEO experience with image optimization and tagging as well as keyword research

Preferred Qualities
-An eye for graphic design and making websites that look professional
-SEO experience with indexing, citations, backlinking, stacking, CTR manipulation and other strategies
-GMB experience

I'm not just looking for a web builder or SEO specialist. I'm really looking for a business partner who can handle day to day tasks while I'm busy closing and prospecting clients or handling administrative tasks. The right candidate will go on to lead the entire team and train incoming employees. The pay is negotiable for the right candidate.
