FULL TIME ROCKSTAR AMAZON ACCOUNT MANAGER

We are a private label amazon business, looking for a full time rock star amazon manager to help me manage the growing amazon business. and free up my time so I can grow the business even more.

Everyone who works at my company has been with me from the beginning. We are a family here. and when you work with us, you are in for a LONG TERM job security.

I need someone with EXTENSIVE experience on amazon account management who can help me handle the day to day operation of amazon.

You will be communicating with me many times per week, planning and strategizing. But I do not have time to explain to you how to do basic amazon management. You MUST know how to do it. And as we all know the answers are always on amazon seller central. You need to be resourceful.

Requirements
At least 2 years DIRECT experience managing Amazon accounts.
Have a passport. You will need it to gain access to our Amazon Global ---------- is for ID verification.

Responsibilities :

Product page and listing enhancement.
Repricing products.
Ensure accurate FBA fees and Filing reimbursement requests.
Opening and managing seller support ---------- ventory management
Product and online research.
Prepare and provide a weekly report.
Customer Service support
Responding to product reviews.
Negative feedback removal request.
Writing Plan of Action for suspended ASINs.
Processing refunds.
Online research and spreadsheet management.
Responding to client’s inquiries.
Manage global listings to ensure consistency with the US listings

Is this a full-time job?
Yes it is. We expect a full 40 hour workweek

Do I have to work certain hours?
No, You work on your own time. But we will communicate daily to plan and strategize.

What’s the salary?
$800 and UP.

Do you honor the 13th Month?
Yes we do.
