Summary of Position
We are looking for a Digital Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be excited about
joining a growing company to help it further amplify its life-changing message. The ideal candidate will be
interested in helping make the company the industry leader in the mental health space through SEO,
brand building, and inbound lead generation.

Responsibilities
? Review and analyze site for areas needing improvement
? Prepare detailed strategy reports
? Create and launch campaigns for SEO
? Ghost write blog content
? Syndicate content to increase digital presence
? Building top-performing campaigns from the ground up
? Help secure guest bookings for podcast features
? Ghost write social media content based on provided talking points
? Testing new features & campaigns and staying up to date with the latest trends
? Oversee the performance and implementation of paid advertising campaigns
? Constantly deepen your expertise and specialize in search, display, and/or social media
advertising
? Draft content for email marketing campaigns, landing pages, and so on

Qualifications
? Must be passionate about the topic of mental health (Required)
? At least one year of professional experience in SEO, paid advertising, or professional writing
(Required)
? Exceptional written and spoken English (Required)
? Blog and/or ghost writing experience (Plus)
? Familiarity with Kajabi (Plus)
? Strong go getter who needs little management
? Interested in staying and building with a company long term
? Access to a home office with reliable internet and power
