Customer Support Representative - Software (PHP302/HR - PART Time)

We are looking for a part-time remote Customer Support Representative that is very detail-oriented and tech savvy. This role has the potential to go full time pending results of job performance.

We are a marketing company that works with English speakers and already have a team of 10+ high performing individuals from the Philippines. Having a mastery of the English language is a requirement, and will be tested prior to hiring.

We will start with relatively limited hours (20 hours per week to begin) with the opportunity for it to grow as our relationship develops.

Tasks will include:
- Onboarding clients through our software via One-on-one Zoom calls
- Supporting our clients with any technical issues they may experience with our software (you will be trained for this)
- Working closely with customers to ensure they are satisfied with the services they receive

Requirements
- Mastery of the English language (spoken and written)
- Having a quiet environment to work
- A PC/Laptop with at least i3 or equivalent with 4GB RAM;
- A stable internet connection of at least 5mbps
- A web camera
