We are looking for talented and creative social media managers/marketers.
Your responsibilities are as follows:
* Highly organized and attentive to details
* Grow our client's social identity and become more active on social media in which you will engage with their community.
* Responding to customer inquiries & comments on social platforms in a timely manner.
* Boost our clients profit by utilizing social media such as Instagram,
* Stay up to date with the latest industry and digital trends
* Create great content which helps in growing our client's social media platforms
* Find new marketing and outreach opportunities to push brand image and products.
* Creating and editing photo and video content for the client, whether given by the client or the one you created for the client.
*Knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) and web metrics
*Report to our Agency’s Manager/owner and Client the analytics of the account
* Team Player and responsible.
Your skills should include:
- Atleast 2+ years of experience in social media marketing / community management role or PR role
- Exceptional command of the English language.
- Driven, strategic, and able to independently create community and social media programs that will drive meaningful participation
- Highly organized and attentive to the details
- Experienced with creating and maintaining social media calendars
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Good customer service and interpersonal skills
- Creative content creation
- Knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) and web metrics
- Proficient in word processing applications, spreadsheets, presentation software and social media management tools
- Good judgment and problem-solving skills
- Possess a deep understanding of social media marketing tactics, strategy and metrics.
