Looking for an experienced ISA to join our team. You must be a skillful ISA who is passionate about achievement and draws energy from talking to people. This enthusiastic, self-starting person has a passion for relationship-building, and is responsible for converting leads into appointments through focused and personalized follow-up. The Inside Sales Agent takes ownership of leads with a sense of urgency, and records their productivity metrics for weekly accountability meetings. This role requires a mental toughness, drive, and tenacity to succeed at a high level! The Inside Sales Agent’s activities directly affect the team’s bottom line, and as such they are deeply committed to our success, as well as growing their own skills to develop into a leader within the organization.

Daily responsibilities: make inbound, outbound, past client and sphere calls for real estate agents to set listing appointments. For every closed deal with a property value of $350K+, ISA will receive a bonus . Must be able to close a minimum of 8-10 deals per month. This position pays a monthly salary of $300 + 5% bonus for every closed deal. The payout is there for the right person who is driven to achieve so your earning potential is up TO YOU!
