Augmen Digital’s inaugural sales department is looking for the pioneering batch! We’re looking for agents that value integrity, are relentless, adaptable, diligent, and rational thinkers.

You will be conversing with clients that require digital marketing services in obtaining more leads and generating more profit for their ---------- reer growth is inevitable! As the department grows, so will you!


+ 25k Base Salary
+ Plus, this has commissions (30k - 50k/ month).
+Hybrid Work Set-up



What will you be doing?

As a Sales Agent for Augmen Digital, here are some of the tasks that you will be working on:

To drive revenue and expand further reach for the company.

To call/meet national clients at a more scalable, efficient rate.

To help generate more leads for our clients to increase profitability and brand value.

Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor.

Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers.

Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature.

Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.

Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.

Recommends changes in products, services, and policies by evaluating results and competitive developments.

Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.



What are we looking for?

In addition to the above, the following is a list of skills and traits that describe the Sales Agent we need on our team. If you have most of these, you’re the person we’re looking for.

1. At least 2 years of telemarketing experience:

Cold calling experience is a bonus

Field sales experience is a bonus

Demo presentation experience is required

2. At least 6 months of customer service experience

3. At least 2 years in college.
