Trademark Global is an eCommerce company that sells consumer products through many of the online retailers such as Amazon, Walmart, Wayfair, Target, Overstock, Home Depot and many, many others. We have over 3,500 different products that we import and store in 3 warehousing facilities in the United States. Our warehouses ship tens of thousands of packages each and every day to directly to consumers and to other fulfillment centers around the country.

Trademark Global is searching to expand it's customer service team.
You will be responsible for answering customer support tickets for a number of different eCommerce websites including eBay, Amazon, Groupon, and Shopify stores.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Excellent writing skills with strong understanding of the English language and grammar
• Ability to proof and edit your own work
• Must be highly organized and detail oriented
• Must efficiently manage your time
• Ability to learn and utilize new software or tools as needed
You should have experience:
• Communicating directly with customers in a customer service role
• Answering product questions (such as on Amazon)
• Researching products from the copy, images, competitors, etc.
• Working in eDesk or other customer ticketing systems (preferred)
US Time Zone Working Hours Required.
At least C1 English Proficiency Required.
Full Time (40-hours per week).
This is a remote/Work From Home position.
