A perfect web designer that can help me create a website

i have two projects offer.
1. i need a website were i can sell diffeerent type of physical products.
2. a service website, that provides whatever kind of services to my clients, if you will contact me, i can explain better, the website should serve as the link between the person that needs a service and the professional rendering the service.
