Social Media & Content Manager

We are a baby and maternity brand with customers based in the USA, Canada and Europe. Our headquarter is in Singapore, so our working hours will be on GMT+8. Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and create graphics and content for social media platforms such as Instagram and Facebook.
- Managing and scheduling posts on Instagram and Facebook daily.
- Replying to customers' and audiences' ---------- on Instagram and Facebook daily including weekends.
- Reposting other IGS on our brand's IGS - must be able to make use of stickers, GIFs and other engaging add-ons.
- Responding to comments and other engagement on social media platforms on a daily basis
- Able to check social media pages over the weekend at least twice a day (once in the morning and once in the evening, around 30 min each time) - to repost IGS and reply to DMs.
- Able to do simple video editing for ---------- and Facebook video posting.
- Any other ad hoc duties or tasks as assigned.


Requirement:
- Must have relevant work experience in managing social media and content creation.
- Must be able to follow SOP and task reporting on asana and google sheet.
- Knowledgeable in social media content strategies to achieve reach, awareness, and other measurable metrics
- Able to be consistent and fully responsible in handling your work.
- Independent and self-driven
- Have hands-on experience in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator
- We use HubStaff for screen and time tracking.

Working Hours:
- Mondays to Fridays 9 am to 6pm (GMT+8 Singapore Time)
