TELEMARKETER

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Calls prospective clients listed in a company-provided leads database through mobile phone and telephone.

• Influences clients to book or renew their insurance by following a prepared sales talk, to give service and product information and price quotations.

• Completes writing forms by obtaining and recording pertinent client information needed for the issuance of the insurance policy.

• Consults the client for the schedule of delivery of their insurance policy.

• Ensures full or first payment of insurance policies upon delivery.

• Secures information by completing data base backups.

• Research and analyses market trends, competitor offerings, demographics, and other information that affects marketing strategies.

• Identifies areas for improvement in product offerings, sales tactics, marketing strategy, and promotional activities.

• Maintains client accounts and assists in possible insurance claims by the client.

• Maintains operations by following company policies and procedures.

• Makes it a point to achieve his/her set goal as defined and advised by the company from time to time.

Qualifications:
