Accountant & Bookkeeper

We are looking for Accountants & Bookkeepers to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial records for a US-based company. To succeed in these positions, you must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, quick learner and critical thinker.

Responsibilities:
Prepare and examine accounting records, financial statements, taxes, and other financial reports
Develop and analyze reporting for business operations and budgets
Perform audits, ensuring adherence to standard requirements
Create new processes to improve financial efficiency
Report analysis and findings to management team
Any related task that may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications:
Must possess 2 years related work experience
Fluent in English language
Knowledgeable with Oracle Netsuite
Able to work graveyard shift (Pacific time)
Able to start immediately
Work-from-home ready (with good and stable internet connection)
Experience with current computer accounting programs and reporting tools
Detail and deadline-oriented
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
