Ecommerce, Facebook Ads, Technical Support, VA

I run an online coaching business where we help our students sell their products online (ecommerce). I am looking to hire someone who is extremely data oriented, exercises critical thinking, and who is compassionate and empathetic with high EQ. You must be very analytical and a lover of solving problems! This is a great position for anyone who loves teaching and working with people :)

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• help with student questions about more technical questions relating to setting up email automations via Mailerlite or Klaviyo, or Facebook ads related questions

• respond to more customer service related questions

• respond to all comments and DM's on our YouTube channel, IG, FB, FB group

• sorting emails, scheduling social media posts, send out Active Campaign emails, edit YouTube transcripts for blog post format

We are a positive, no-drama, collaborative company. We really care about our students and want to see them succeed. We expect you to give the same level of care to our students.

Due to the technical requirements of this job, I expect you to have experience with email automations, paid ads, running an ecommerce store (ideally Shopify) and other related topics. You are also expected to be fluent in English, or be a native speaker.

I am NOT looking to hire a task rabbit, so if ticking checkboxes off your to-do list is your only interest, this is not the job for you. I am looking for someone who is not afraid to speak up when necessary, look for ways to improve themselves or the people around them, and is truly passionate about something bigger than themselves. My team and I are on a mission to empower as many creative people as possible to earn a living online selling their work.

We have another role we are looking for, and if you happen to fit the bill, even better. This role does not require many hours. This mainly deals with SEO and content strategy to help with:

- uploading YouTube videos and optimizing each video with tags, search engine optimized titles, provide direction with thumbnail design and so on

- creating a content plan for our Instagram channel and YouTube channel
