JetWebinar is a fast-growing software company in the video conferencing space. We are currently looking for a Customer Support and Lead Generation Representative to join our team and assist our Sales and Customer Support teams in their day-to-day activities. They will act as the first point of contact for inquiries, correspondence, and phone calls; and thus, be friendly, professional, and prompt.
This is a full-time position.
We are looking for someone who:
- Can work from 8 am - 4 pm Central Time Monday to Friday (with flexibility in those hours as needed)
- Has excellent communication skills and is comfortable with the English language
- Preparation of reports and interpretation of data, conducting research and summarizing that information
- Experience in managing calendars and organizing meetings
- Handling projects and following up on tasks with task owners
- Past demonstrated experience (over four years) in a Customer Support and Lead Generation role
Requirements
- Has experience in Lead Generation tools such as Seamless.ai, and being the first point of contact for our company
- Has experience in Customer Support tools like Zendesk, Pure Chat and others, and is able to delight customers with their response time; and potential customers by quickly answering their questions and putting them in touch with sales professionals
- Excellent time management skills
- Is proficient in MS Office and Google Apps, Slack, Asana (and has the ability to quickly learn other tools)
- Is comfortable with remote work and is able to work during North American business hours
- Quick learner and is comfortable with technology
- A reliable computer with mic, audio and camera, and a solid internet connection
