Medical Administrator

We are a rehabilitation/medical clinic and I'm currently looking for a great administrator who has customer service experience.

We are looking for someone who have availability to work for us between 9:00 AM EST to 7:00 PM EST. This position is NOT a stable full time position is for someone who would be AVAILABLE ON CALL AS WE NEED EXTRA ASSISTANCE. This position would work well for someone who already works with clients on North American time and has availability in their schedule to take in more work.

? The ideal candidate should be able to handle callers according to our procedures and demonstrate outstanding customer service.
? Reactivate past patients and prospect new leads
? Able to process insurance claims when needed.
? Respond to requests through email and website.
? Assist in creating instructional videos for our front desk procedures.
? This position is long term and the amount of hours will fluctuate depending on the case load.
? Training and support will be provided for this position on an ongoing basis.
