If you’re a Digital Marketing expert with vast experience in Web automations, CRMs, Facebook, Google, Youtube ads, A hardworking individual who knows how to turn a document into a whole campaign, and loves solving problems, you might be the missing piece in our team!
We’re looking for a Facebook Ads Media Buyer to join our team to help us run our client’s ads where we spend anywhere around $10,000 to $15,000 per day across all our campaigns.
Our ultimate vision as a company is to help Cryotherapy companies achieve greater heights and generate more revenue by providing them with qualified leads and appointments every single month

Your work will help us achieve these goals with our clients. As we help them grow, we help their future customers get products/services they need, and at the same time we create jobs for people as our clients’ businesses grow.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Here’s some of the actual responsibilities of the role:

? Figure out how to solve issues such as high Cost Per Lead, CPM, etc.
?Split test offers and diagnoses issues with a funnel.
?Create and manage cross channel promotions (Retargeting).
?Create and manage Zapier automations.
?Should know how to build out triggers and turn a document into a campaign in HighLevel.
?Create weekly strategies that consider previous results, iterates on what works, and moves away from what doesn’t.
? Manage client ad accounts and perform daily optimizations.
? Identify and create a decision making framework to go along with rules to optimize the accounts on a consistent basis.
? Create documentation for clients to streamline team processes and workflows.
? Direct and communicate with the creative team and copywriters to produce ads that convert.
? Communicate with the client as needed.
? Stay on top of the latest trends in Facebook Ads and Digital Marketing.
? Conduct periodic research on different marketing strategies we can test for our clients.
? Write at least 1 case study each month on a client campaign that performed well.
? Communicate with the rest of the Media Buying team to share strategies, insights, and more.
? Grow to manage millions in ad spend per month, helping our clients generate millions more in revenue for their ---------- REER DEVELOPMENT AND GROWTH
We’re looking for someone to work with us 40-50 hours per week. We are generous in giving out performance-bonuses and career growth opportunities for you as we grow.
There will be systems and training in place to help you learn and grow, but we’re looking for people who can help us build on them.

I personally will be investing in your growth, spending my own time each day to help you grow professionally and personally. You’ll be subject to intense mindset training - the kind that helped me start this business.
