We are a wholesale distribution company located in Los Angeles,
Responsibilities:
• Create, manage, and optimize listings on Amazon, eBay and potentially more platforms.
• Process orders, create shipping labels, input orders for fulfillment.
• Customer support: answer questions, process returns, and monitor feedback / reviews.
• Stock management and re-order of supplies.
• Google Sheets and Excel, data entry and basic online research.
Required skills:
• Technical Skills: Inventory &
• Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively, must have excellent oral and written English skills.
• Personal Skills: Accountable, responsible, punctual, proactive, resourceful with a positive attitude.
• Experience: This is an advanced position that requires experience and not a good fit for beginners.
You must be willing to work Pacific Standard Time hours: 10:00 am - 6:00 pm with some flexibility.
