Video Editing Virtual Assistant For Emerging Startup With Great Culture

WHO ARE WE
Founded in 2019, ---------- (operating under Essentially Woman, LLC) was designed to provide leadership and personal development coaching to professional women. Ganelle Elliott has spent 20 years as an IT professional and certified life coach who is on a mission to help professional women live more fulfilling, passionate, and purposeful lives.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR
We are not looking for a virtual assistant to just send emails and organize files. This position is a pathway into joining an emerging women’s empowerment coaching company. As you review the position for full time employment, we welcome any questions that you may have. All possibilities for raises are based upon work performance.

POSITION OVERVIEW
Your role will be to take pre-recorded video footage and edit into the final video product. These final videos will be 1-3 minutes long and used for social media content on platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Each week, we will produce 1-3 videos for professional women on confidence, mindset, leadership, and motivation. Once the final video is ready, you will also post the video to social media platforms.

Eagerness to Learn. We are looking for someone who is open to learning new skills. As an emerging startup, we are a small team, and will constantly be seeking new projects as we grow. We need someone who is thrilled to expand their skills.
