A full website development process that includes sitemap, wireframes, design, development, and optimization.
Ongoing monthly website maintenance to improve the website on a monthly basis
Ongoing additions to the websites to improve marketing on a regular basis
Partnerships with other companies and resources to offer clients further online strategy

Sher Agency is looking for a motivated Visual Designer that is up for becoming part of the team for long-term growth.

Monthly tasks include:
Design websites in Adobe XD (NO coding or development)
Design logos in Adobe Illustrator
Design other graphics such as video thumbnails to assist in marketing efforts
Light Video Editing for social media posts, training, marketing, and podcasts

Qualities we are looking for:

English fluency
A portfolio of websites that you’ve designed
A portfolio of logos that you’ve designed
A free thinker, willing to look for answers
Strong visual / UI Design skills
Fully understands responsive coding
A team player who is happy working in a small team or 5-10 people.
Strong communication skills.


Special requirements:

A computer that is three years old or less
Willing to work during US business hours (important)
Adobe Creative Cloud subscription
Your own Internet connection and some kind of backup internet
Have a headset or microphone (for tea ---------- etings)
