JOB OVERVIEW

We're hiring a Virtual Assistant to support our marketing executive team This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for remote (FT/ PT) work and flexibility. The ideal candidate is someone who is very organized, pays attention to detail, and can work under tight deadlines.
Responsibilities

· Completing market research
· Prospecting and follow up on clients
· Marketing email campaigns
· Social Media Marketing posting and research
· Proofreading and providing edits for copy and other materials as needed
· Interpreting data and creating data summary presentations
· Completing data entry projects
· Scheduling tasks and managing other appointments
· Filtering email and responding to inquiries
· Assisting with social media management
· Other tasks as needed

Requirements

· Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role
· Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP
· Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office)
· Experience with Zoho ONE (Marketing Campaign, Marketing Hub, Zoho site, Survey, Docs,, Calendar, Hangouts)
· Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)
· Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills
· Excellent time management skills
· Solid organizational skill
· Professional email communication
