Ui/UX Graphic Designer - Full Time Post - Let's have a chat

An ambitious startup in the graphic design space is on the hunt for a talented, versatile, Graphic Designer to join our growing team!

This is a full time post, 8am to 5pm PHT, and we are looking for someone dedicated to helping us grow which means NO ENGAGEMENT/s with other clients, we are possessive that way :)

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking to hire a graphic designer with a lot of talent to take ownership of the design needs of our growing client base, you'll work in conjunction with our other full time designers to manage our workload. The successful applicant will need to have an 'agency style' of thinking with the ability to quickly but effectively create compelling designs that make our clients look amazing.

SPECIFICALLY WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO CAN / HAS:
- Conceptualize original website design ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex roadblocks
- A strong grasp of UX/UI design foundations
- Familiar, passionate and up - to - date with the latest web trends, techniques and technologies
- Understands the principles of responsive web design to keep your web pages readable on small screens.
- Have a knack for palettes, typography and branding

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Shows confidence in executing design briefs - a creative thinker
- being able to listen well, process feedback, and explain design elements—without getting technical
- Works quickly and efficiently on design tasks
- Is online and available 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday - Friday (yes you'll need to be online and available for this entire period)
- Possess a strong understanding of design, advertising and brand management
- The ability to manage and deliver multiple projects at the same time and within tight deadlines
- The ability to take a brief from concept through to finished art
- Experience working in an advertising or creative agency environment
- Has significant experience across Adobe and/or Affinity Creative Suite
- Obsessive attention to detail
- Passionate about design

This role will have you working on a large range of diverse projects, no two days will be the same. The vast majority of our work is print related, you'll be expected to be a ninja at layout and design with Adobe InDesign (I can't stress this enough)! From logo and branding work across business collateral, to in-store POS campaigns, building signage, down to simple artwork resets, you will really get to develop and stretch your design skills across a broad range of clients.

PLEASE NOTE:
It is extremely important that your portfolio is top notch and showcases your strongest graphic design work. Please don't send us a link to your really old work with 50 t-shirt designs or webpage, etc.
