Experienced VA Appointment Setter Needed!

Bonjour! We are a digital marketing agency based in Brisbane, Australia. We are looking for an organised and self-motivated virtual assistant to join our team. In this role, you will receive inbound inquiries from leads inside of our CRM. Your job will be to call inbound leads, prequalify them with our script, and set and schedule an appointment for us and the client. During the process, you will update the leads pipeline status. You will also be tasked with 30 outbound cold calls each day.

This is a long term role and we are offering pay raises in the future. Scripts, SOPs and onboard training will be provided. This position will require a minimum of 20 hours per week between 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM AEST (GMT+10) - during weekdays.

Requirements:
- Fluent English speaker with a neutral American sounding accent
- An understanding of social media advertising services
- Availability on weekdays from 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM (AEST)
- Strong telephone skills with an ability to build exceptional rapport
- Minimum 2 years experience in either a cold call, appointment setter or telephone support role (required)
- Minimum 2 years experience in a virtual assistant role (required)
- A microphone/headset and stable internet connection (10+ Mbps internet)
- Experience with GoHighLevel CRM (preferred)

Responsibilities:
- Set appointments on our calendar
- Answer calls and qualify inbound leads
- Prequalify leads with our script
- Make 30 outbound cold calls daily
- Call leads who have emailed or messaged us

Pay:
- $5.00 AUD per hour, 4 hours paid each day (20 hours per week)
- You will be paid on a fortnightly basis
- High-performing appointment setters are subject to higher pay ($10+ per hour)

Hiring process:

- You will take part in a 3-day trial, 30 cold calls each day (approx. 1 hr each day)
- You will receive $10.00 AUD in total for the trial
