Recruitment
Place advertisements
For job applicants, you may be required to do phone interviews, screening, and assess whether they are fit for hire. Once hired, you are tasked to send them their contract, employment details form, and onboard them to our systems.
HR Management
Maintaining employee records/database
Employee and contractor onboarding and offboarding
Working on and establishing company internal standards and etiquette. Follow through to ensure that these policies are practiced.
Evaluation of employee performance (high vs. low potentials)
What are we looking for:
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN THE HR/RECRUITMENT FIELD
Ideally comes with experience in automation (Zapier for example), or willingness to learn.
Ability to use Google Suite
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Result-oriented and has a keen on details
Strong problem-solving ability and initiative is needed
It will be a Philippines-based role.
Basic software training provided - must be a self-driven learner. We will train you in our process, which will show a lot of what you need to know about the software.
Must have a reliable personal computer or a laptop and a fast internet connection.
Able to work for a two - 4-hour block, between 9 am and 5 pm Sydney NSW time.
1-2 per day, increasing as our recruitment level increases. If you are able to prove that doing more time equals more hires, we will be happy to increase it!
The hourly rate will be in AUD and is negotiable.
