Phone Agent for Bankruptcy Lawyers

Hi, my name is Bob Hiler ( ---------- ). I run a marketing company called BK Law Success ( ---------- ) in New York City. I specialize in helping bankruptcy attorneys get more clients.

We’re hiring for a full-time position to work from home for 250 Philippine pesos/hour. You will work for 8 hours a day during U.S. hours. You can adjust your hours to either cover EST time (currently starting at 9 PM Philippine time) or PST time (currently starting at midnight Philippine time).

We’re hiring somebody to talk on the phone to potential clients in the United States. These people have signed up for an appointment to speak with us, so you will NOT be making outbound calls to random people.

Here is what we will ask you to do:

* You will speak to these people, following a script outline that we will provide.
* You will take detailed notes during the call.
* You will guide the person through the decision process of filing bankruptcy, and then at the end, you will ask them if they want to move forward.
* Finally, if they qualify and want to move forward, you will schedule a follow up appointment with one of our attorneys.
* You will also be using our software to text back and forth with prospects.

You do NOT need any sales experience to do this ---------- fact, we will provide a script to you that you will use.

Please note that you won’t just be reading from this script like a robot... In fact, we DON’T want you to sound robotic. You want you to be having an active back-and-forth conversation that happens to loosely follow our script outline.

You don’t need any legal experience to do this ---------- fact, you don’t need to know anything about bankruptcy in the United States. We will educate you all about how bankruptcy works in the US in your first week with ---------- this job, you will be talking to people who may benefit from a bankruptcy, which is a legal process that allows people to walk away from their debts. Many of our clients are getting hounded over the phone by creditors to pay past-due bills, or even having a portion of their wages taken by those creditors to pay old debts. This makes our prospective clients very eager and motivated to solve this problem.

I personally find it a joy to tell somebody that you can help them eliminate all their debts and get a “fresh start” in life.

This is a role for an extremely strong English speaker. We need you to have excellent written and spoken English, including American slang.

Additionally, to fill this role:

* You should have a fast, reliable WIRED Internet connection. A wireless mobile hotspot is likely too unreliable to depend on.
* You must live in an area with reliable power, even in the rainy season.
* If your power and Internet connection are not rock solid, I can rent an office for you to go to that has reliable Internet and power. However, you would then not be able to work from home.
* You should have your own modern computer.

Your primary job will be doing these outbound consultations. However, when these consultations are not scheduled, you may be be doing several other tasks, such as:

* You may answer the occasional inbound call, or return calls from prospects who just “pick up the phone” and call us, instead of scheduling a consultation at a specific time.
* You will help prospective clients who have d ---------- to file for bankruptcy to submit their documents to the attorney, so they can prepare their bankruptcy petition.
* You will help us document various processes, by turning recorded “screencast” videos into “process documents”
* You will perform various tasks for us, like creating reports documenting exactly how much a client makes from using our marketing services.
