UI/UX Designer

A digital tech agency focused on local marketing services is in need of an experienced and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team! We offer generous hourly rates, full-time work, and bonuses.

As an UI-UX Designer, you will be responsible for the following
- delivering the best online user experience, which makes your role extremely important for our success and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
- designing ideas using various methods and latest technology
- designing graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, forms, and widgets.


Other duties and responsibilities include:

- plan and implement new designs
- Optimize existing user interface designs
- Test for intuitiveness and experience
- Communicate with the project manager and/or client relations manager to understand client goals and objectives
- Develop technical and business requirements and always strive to deliver intuitive and user-centered solutions
- Combine creativity with an awareness of the design elements
- Conduct an ongoing user research


Requirements:
5 years experience as an UI-UX Designer or similar role
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to better explain design options
Great attention to detail
Critical thinking skills
Problem solver and customer-centered
Willing to work US time (occasionally)
Knowledge of Adobe range of products including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat and Dreamweaver
Experience with HTML5 & CSS3
Some knowledge of Usability Factors in Human Computer Interaction
