Virtual Assistant NEEDED for Los Angeles Staffing Firm!

Westside Nannies is a nationally recognized, award-winning nanny agency that specializes in finding exceptional nannies, private educators, and newborn care specialists for busy families throughout the Los Angeles area and beyond. We are a small, quickly growing company run by a team of smart, savvy women and are looking to add an incredible virtual assistant to join our team!

We do currently have a full-time tea ---------- mber who works remotely form the Philippines and it has been such a wonderful experience that we’re looking to grow our virtual team! Are you next?

The schedule for this position will be Friday-Monday from 8am-6pm/7pm (Pacific Coast Time). If you are based in the Philippines this means you will be working overnight in order to our clients in Los Angeles so please be comfortable and used to working those hours. Salary is Php 20,000-40,000/month depending on experience.

Duties will include being the point person for our team, clients, and candidates, troubleshooting problems that arise for clients and candidates over the weekend and handling tasks assigned by our team, quickly responding to incoming text messages, slack messages, emails, and phone calls and providing excellent service at all times. Additional responsibilities will include coordinating scheduling and appointments, obtaining requested information, updating our software/CRM, and being open to other tasks as needed!

This role is communication heavy (both oral and written) - so you should be the first to pick up the phone and be able to whip out emails (with proper grammar!) like a breeze. The ideal candidate is outgoing, loves working with people, and is extremely organized/detail orientated, and a pro at multitasking. Must have strong and reliable internet as well as a computer and smart phone (we utilize various apps).
