We're a digital agency based in Australia, our specialty is building Websites, Membership sites and mobile apps for e-learning providers, and we're looking for a project and client support manager to join our small team of 10 PH based designers and developers.
Your role will consist of, but not limited to the following:
* Reviewing new requests submitted by clients, adding them into our Project Management software and assigning them to the correct team or person.
* Reviewing completed tasks, requesting QA and letting clients know when their tasks have been completed.
* Liaising with tea
* Reviewing the status of current projects and deliverables, updating project statuses, and making sure nothing is falling through the cracks.
* Sending clients regular updates as to the status of their projects.
* Responding to client

- Strong spoken and written English language skills
- Strong time management skills, understanding priorities
- Ability to manage multiple projects at one time to meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills
- Self-starter who is a customer-obsessed, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic team player
Hours:
This is a full-time job working Australian Eastern Standard Time hours (Brisbane).
Typical hours will be 8 am – 4 pm (AEST). We do offer flexible working arrangements after 3 month probation period has been completed
