Job Description:

• To ensure quality on our Live Transfers
• To review the hourly dial report – for dialing production
• To channel spy and record all incoming and outgoing phone calls
• Every phone call will now be recorded
• To make sure the expectation of every Live Transfer is great quality
• To help guide the coaching & training – where we can coach each ISA
• To ensure all phone calls – with our Real Estate Agents are professional in nature
• To monitor and review every Live Transfer

Requirements:

• At least 1 year experience in the field of Assurance Analyst whether in BPO or WFH setting
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Must be an outstanding communicator, and have established skills in accuracy, organization, and working in a high-volume environment
• Ability to work independently and within a fast-paced environment
• Real Estate experience is an ADVANTAGE
• Must have your own computer and back up (Specs: Intel 3 above / 8GB RAM / Windows)
• Must have reliable internet connection and back up at a minimum speed of 10mbps
• Must be willing to use Hubstaff or a screen tracker
