Zoho Technical Support

We're looking for someone who is knowledgeable and experienced with CRM systems is a must, preferably Zoho. Must have great communication skills and has technical experience in the customer service related industry.
This is a long term full-time position with a great team.

Job Responsibilities
Interact and assist customers through email
Maintain accurate information and customer notes within the Company’s database
Escalate complex issues to our Technical Team

Company requirements:
Must have experience with technical support
Experience with CRM systems is a must
Must be willing to work during UK hours (2 PM Philippine time)
Willing to hop on calls with the team if needed
Has great communication skills
