Lead Generation Specialist - Appointment Setter

WORK REMOTELY: YES
WORK HOURS & SCHEDULE: Monday - Thursday; 7AM - 4:30PM CST, Friday - 7AM - 11AM CST
HALF DAY SHIFT EVERY FRIDAY
FIXED SATURDAY AND SUNDAY OFF

WORK DURATION: Full Time
RATE & SALARY RANGE: $520/Month + COMMISSIONS ~ PAID WEEKLY

Qualifications:
Candidate must be a graduate of any four-year course or equivalent.
Have at least 1-2 years’ experience in Sales (Inbound or Outbound)
Has experience in lead generation / cold calling
With B2B Experience is a plus!
Fluent in oral and written English (Great English)
Professional; fast learner & who can adapt to change
Fast, stable internet at least 15 MBPS upwards
Noise cancelling headset; quiet background

DESCRIPTION AND INFORMATION: We are looking for efficient, dedicated loyal individuals that can contribute to our goal of being the best in class for a healthcare waste disposal company in the United States.

- Contact and generate sales prospects and leads and qualify their interest and purchasing intentions.
- Setup appointments and find valid potential clients for live transfers to the sales team.
- Provides support by assisting with sales procedure.
- Help with sales related problems, create new orders, track, and investigate while managing customer accounts.
- Track prospects and enter data accurately and consistently into the company's database.
- Reading specific scripts and attaining client information to reach day-to-day requirements.
- Generate reports and information gathering and prepares a lead file with notes that the salesperson uses.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
