Job Description:

*Assist customers (via phone, chat and
*Respond to customer inquiries by understanding their concern; gathering and researching information; and finally providing the appropriate response
*Work with other departments such as production team and delivery team to fix issues as they arise
*Prepares standard reports to track workload, response time, and quality of input
*Other administrative and support tasks as needed
Job Qualifications:
*High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent
*Must have own computer equipment and high speed internet to work from home
*Excellent English communication skills - verbal and written
*Friendly and confident personality
*Must be flexible to work on shifting schedules
*Self-motivated and committed
*Must be willing to work 6 days a week on a mid-shift schedule
*Previous call center experience is NOT required
