Seeking a long-term supporter

We are a startup small software engineering team. Our team consists of 3 developers and a call supporter. Mainly we are freelancing and gonna move to one of the popular job platforms. Now we need a reliable supporter who can help us to find the account manager. This is hourly/weekly based job and rate will be vary depends on the effort and dedication.
