We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised individual for the position of sales and business development officer who believes that technology will revolutionise the way education is taught for primary years. We are Neobael, a Singaporean EdTech platform who strongly believe that access to good quality education shouldn’t be exclusive. Our mission is to make this education personalised, inclusive and affordable. We draw our inspiration from Leonardo da Vinci’s famous quote “Learning never exhausts the mind.”
Neobael is eager to onboard a candidate who is keen to work in a dynamic environment, across time zones in a global team. Our aspirations are futuristic and change excites us.
Our ideal candidate for this role will be confident in the following:
- Handling general sales and business development tasks.
- Coordinating with the internal marketing team and external agencies in the planning, creation and execution of sales and marketing activities that will lead to increased brand awareness and sales.
- Maintaining relationships with external partners e.g. marketing agencies, aggregators, partner influencer agencies.
- Working with the CEO and operations administrator to ensure timely engagement with customers and prospects via our social media channels (WhatsApp,
- Working with the CEO to ensure that sales leads are attended to, engaged and converted into sales customers.
- Working with the marketing team to ensure that existing customers are consistently updated and communicated with and encouraged to book Neobael’s events, resources and available classes.
- Accurately reporting on all such activities on a daily basis to the management escalating issues ahead of them becoming problems for our customers.
Handling strategic tasks such as:
- Working with the digital marketing team in conceptualising the broad business strategy and product roadmap to ensure greater customer satisfaction given day to day involvement in the company’s sales channels -
- Working with the digital marketing team in analyzing current data and suggesting new initiatives based on market trends and internal capabilities which will help drive conversions
