Shopify Admin/Assistant - Morning Shift

We’re an Australian-based business looking for Shopify Admin to join us on a full-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity especially if you’d love to work on morning shifts!

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage our Shopify site - keep the Shopify shop update
List/import products to Shopify
Coordinating online orders with the warehousing facility and retail store
Writing product description, when needed
Generate and create reports
Any other tasks where required


WHO YOU ARE:
Must have at least 3 years experience in managing/handling Shopify websites
Retail experience in working with any eCommerce stores
Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
Thorough and accurate when accomplishing a task
Strong work ethic with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
Sound knowledge of creating reports and MS Excel a plus.
