Social media manager w/ content writing skills- flexible hours

We are looking for a full time female social media manager with content writing experience. Must have EXCELLENT English writing skills and superb attention to detail and knowledge in Canva / Photoshop with an eye for design (feminine types of design only!) and creative flair. Excellent English skills with amazing grammar is an absolute must. Experience in writing captions for social media (i.e., facebook, blogs, instagram) and product descriptions and blogs. Marketing and social media management skills a plus but not necessary. Copywriting experience a plus. Knowledge on how to grow Instagram followers is necessary.

REQUIRED Skill sets:
- Excellent English communication skills (especially written). At near perfect or perfect. Having zero grammar mistakes is extremely important to us!
- MUST have stable internet connection, a smartphone, and be able to communicate in real time. MUST have back up internet connection.
- MUST have experience in Writing (i.e., blogs, articles, product description, social media captions)
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, with an eye for feminine design.
- Must pay attention to detail and understand steps
- Must be able to problem solve and think outside the box instead of only waiting for instruction
- Marketing/social media management knowledge a plus

Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain our active social media presence on Instagram, Facebook, and eventually TikTok.
- Plot social media calendars based on promotions, and branded content releases.
- Write captions, copy, create drafts, schedule, and publish posts across all social media.
- Contribute to the creation of original content and source user-generated content relevant to the brand.
- Strategize ways to drive traffic to our website through social media and encourage follower growth across our platforms.
- Actively engage, reply, monitor, and create thoughtful social interaction within our communities across all social platforms.
- Manage tagging products to support a shoppable Instagram experience.
- Managing and creating promotions, giveaways on our instagram and email
- Fill out weekly, monthly, and quarterly social reporting, set goals and KPIs for continuous improvement.
- Growing our IG followers organically through strategies such as using hashtags, reels, and other creative ways -- always willing to learn the most updated ways to organically grow our instagram and keeping up with trends
- Writing content and proofreading monthly magazines, products, newsletters, social media posts, etc.
- Assist with product creations (i.e., come up with ideas of new products and assist with design process and work closely with our designer).
- Curating images, videos, and graphics for our instagram
- Writing our monthly blog + product descriptions. Our blog and products focus on self care and natural/organic beauty
- Knowledge of mailchimp software

There is always room to grow in this position, and bonuses for excellent work performance. Hours are flexible and after training, you basically set your own schedule, but this is NOT an easy job even though hours are flexible. We are only looking for people that are serious and dedicated to their role and tea ---------- mbers that always go above and beyond their duties. This job is for people that are detail-oriented, dedicated, and able to perform under pressure and deadlines. If you have poor English grammar, DO NOT apply.

This is a full-time position (40 hours a week, overtime as needed), but we are flexible with actual working times. We care more about progress and productivity, than clocking in and out. Although hours are flexible, you will be required to work daily including weekends (about 2-4 hours a day on Saturday and Sunday or as necessary). Hours are flexible, therefore you have the opportunity of working daytime your time!

PLEASE NOTE: THE FIRST 2 MONTHS ARE PROBATIONARY PERIOD. THEREFORE SALARIES DURING PROBATION PERIOD IS $800 USD/MONTH. AFTER PASSING PROBATION PERIOD, SALARIES WILL BE $1000/MONTH WITH PLENTY OF ROOM FOR RAISES.
