Key Responsibilities
• Highly organized, ability to relate to all people, and good follow up.
• Process oriented and checklist driven.

Key Performance Indicators
• Data management in Infusionsoft - Keap CRM (formerly Infusionsoft)
• Email and SMS automation for client nurturing
• Using Turbo dialer to call database to obtain leads mailing address to send Cloud CMA
• Prepare and send weekly newsletter with coming soon or off market list of homes to database
• Enter new leads into Infusionsoft - Keap and assign to nurturing Email/SMS and Cloud CMA automation
• Integration with Cloud CMA ---------- through Zapier ----------
• Integration with Mojo ---------- through Zapier ----------
