Virtual Assistant - Outreach Link Building

We are seeking an outreach link builder to obtain backlinks for various websites.

The candidate we choose will be a responsible, dependable individual who exhibits pride in their work. As the role involves email communication with many third parties, this position requires a pleasant, positive, and collaborative ---------- ndidates with prior experience in outreach link building will be preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Analyzing competitor backlinks and compiling outreach prospects.
• Contacting webmasters and negotiating terms of collaboration.
• Searching prospective websites and identifying opportunities for link placement.
• Preparing blog post order briefings, ordering & procuring articles from writers, formatting articles in WordPress, and exporting completed articles for submission to webmasters.
• Responding to HARO queries.
• Attending weekly virtual meetings with the project manager.

Required Capabilities and Accessibility:

• Access to your own personal computer and high speed internet capable of attending virtual meetings via Zoom.
• Strong command of the English language.
• Strong written communication skills with proper spelling and grammar.
• Strong computer skills.
• Access to Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint (or preferably Mac equivalents Pages, Numbers, and Keynote).

40 hours/week of work is expected and required. This position is for a 3-month term, with the possibility of extension at the end of the term.
