Podcast Manager

I run a podcast and a martial arts school. I am in need of someone to help me with the day to day operations of the podcast and do some basic administrative work

1. Edit podcasts (once per week) *can be done in batches
Add intro/outro music
Combine intro/outro to interview
Transcribe certain episodes

2. Schedule podcasts (once per week) *can be done in batches
Reach out to approved guests to be on the show and coordinate their schedule and mine for 1 hour episodes
Prep guest with email before podcast
Send guest email with links after podcast is edited

3. Podcast media
Create 2 2-5 min clips from every episode of the podcast that can be used for social media
Create thumbnail

4. Podcast ideas
Research some of the highest performing podcast episodes in my niche.

5. Expand my podcast reach
Find and contact other shows for me to be an interviewee on


6. You may be asked to do different research on subjects pertaining to other creative projects ebooks, martial arts instructionals, ect

7. You would also be in charge of scheduling seminars/private lessons/travel arrangements/tournament travel arrangements
