Social Media VA / Ecom Sales Rep

Hello! My name is Raffie and I am the owner of a e-commerce company called Absolute Glory Apparel.

I am posting this job in hopes of finding someone to help recruit ambassadors through advanced targeting tactics that I have been using for my business. The methods include reaching out to potential ambassadors on Instagram and interacting with them. (Advanced training will be provided if you are hired)

The current approach I have been doing has worked very well for me and has brought in hundreds of ambassadors that are promoting my brand for my company. Therefore this method is proven to work very well when executed ---------- order to apply for this position please ensure you meet some, if not all of the following requirements:

1. Has been a social media VA prior and has experience with interacting with customers or sales experience
2. Has good communication/english skills
4. Good ability to find the right target audiences
3. Quick and efficient learner - can be easily trained
4. Can track metrics consistently and correctly using google spreadsheets
5. Can work 6 days a week between the hours of 2PM EST - 10PM EST
6. Has some or advanced Shopify Experience
7. This will be your primary full time job (please don’t work another job as this task will require your 100% focus and has plenty of room to grow)
8. Is familiar with placeit, or is able to create content to post for our social media pages
9. Will be responsible for running instagram accounts and bringing in a required minimum revenue with the methods we teach you


The starting base salary will be 2500 PHP per week with a bonus system where you can make more when you make sales/recruit ambassadors. Please also attach your resume so I can review your previous work history.
