Landing Page and CRO Specialist

Established and successful ecommerce company hiring a partner for two ecommerce brands and deliver the right message to the customer at the right time. We'll do this by making sure we are delivering good content on our website and creating a series of sales funnel pages for advertising different products and sales.

We're looking for a part time start with opportunity for eventual full time focused on building great landing pages, testing and collecting data on website performance, suggestions for split testing on pages, email layouts, etc.

These are truly important skills. Our products are focused on high repeat customer relationships and high average order value. Help us achieve these goals!

If you're interested you should have the following skills AND answer these questions/provide the requests in your cover letter If you do not you will not be considered:

• A long track record of success specifically in CRO design, landing pages, and testing. We want to see a portfolio of your work

• Great communication, data collection, and good ideas - give us an example of suggestions you've made as a result of testing

• A focus on page optimization and CRO - Not looking for a generalist. What was your journey to focus your career on this aspect of design?
