Video editor needed for YouTube editing and social media

I'm looking for a video editor to help me with my YouTube videos I produce two videos a week roughly about anywhere from 8 to 15 minutes long really simple edits with very simple graphical overlays. I would need someone to edit about 8 videos a month plus 20 to 30-minute videos for Instagram
