Marketing & Sales Assistant

The Marketing & Sales Assistant will play a key role in the business & contribute directly to business growth. Hive Creation is a fresh thinking & exciting company with big bold plans to expand, moving into other complimentary sectors. The work undertaken within the Marketing & Sales Department will be intrinsic to these plans & therefore the success and growth of the business & our brand.

We are looking for tea ---------- mbers who can grow with our business. Although a fairly new company, we are already seeing traction in our growth and opportunity we need to expand into. You will start with us on part time hours but we hope you will have the aspiration to increase this as we grow.

We would love to find someone with the following attributes and skills; 

Requirements and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing, Advertising/Media, and Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Mass Communications or equivalent is an advantage 
• Digital marketing experience 
• Knowledgeable in creating designs via Canva
• Creative, out of the box thinker, must be aware of trends 
• Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
• Good organizational skills – you’ll be spinning a few different plates so this would really help you 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
• A high level of attention to detail
 
 
Duties and Responsibilities: 
• Creating content copy and visuals for marketing materials 
• Helping identify marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation
• Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor offerings and demographic data
• Assist in the implementation of marketing activities including promotional plans, preparation and production of marketing materials
• Manage the Company’s social media platforms and websites, including utilizing marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (e.g. social media, web analytics, rankings, etc.) 
• Publishing of Client newsletters 
• Other administrative tasks as needed
• Tracking and monitoring our performance to ensure we get the results we need from our marketing plans
 
Job Type:
Part Time:  Initially we will work on a 6 week trial to make sure we are both a good fit for each other. Then upon review your role will become permanent and we will look to increase your hours as appropriate.


Working Hours:  
10-20 hours per week, with the potential to increase based on needs of business.
 
Working pattern:  
Monday - Friday (Times can be flexible & will be discussed & agreed)
 
Hourly Rate of Pay:  
1.5-3 GBP / hour dependent on experience and skills. There is the potential to increase based on performance and business progress.
